Dear Sir/Madam,
The World Soybean Research Conference 11 fully supports all public measures to protect the health and welfare of the people and to prevent the further spread of COVID-19. The health and well-being of our delegates, partners, exhibitors and staff have been, and will always be, the major priority.
The Organising and Continue Committees of the WSRC11 have been closely monitoring the situation and further discussions have taken place with our plenary speakers and session moderators to determine the best option for you and the global soybean community. Taking into account that the WSRC11 gathers over 1000 delegates worldwide and the recent developments on the rapid spread of COVID-19 in many countries in the world, we have made the decision to postpone the World Soybean Research Conference 11 in Novi Sad, Serbia. The new conference date is 5-10 September 2021.
We will continue with all activities, preparing session lectures, submitting abstracts, registrations, so that this conference meets all your expectations. If you have already registered at the WSRC11, your registration is still valid. Also, all submitted abstracts will be included in the abstract book, after the peer-review. If you booked travel and accommodation through our platform, our technical organizer Panacomp (info@wsrc11.com) agency will support you. However due to the circumstances, it may take some time, and thank you for your patience.
It is our responsibility to inform you in a timely and proactive manner of all decisions made by the Organizing and Continue Committees of the WSRC11.
The expanding outbreak in Europe and in other regions of the World made us feel we should take responsibility and make this decision.
Stay safe,
Kind regards,
WSRC11 organizing committee

World Soybean Research Conference
The WSRC is an international research conference organized every four to five years around the world that provides a global perspective on critical issues facing the industry and whole soybean sector. First WSRC was held in 1975. in USA and now after 46 years WSRC came to Europe. Having in mind that South East Europe, Serbia, the city of Novi Sad and the region is so far unknown for WSRC delegates, this is great opportunity for Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops Novi Sad to host this important scientific event and to bring together soybean scientists, experts and stakeholders.
